- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

3. Placing orders
Detailed rules for placing orders — including the moment the contract is concluded, any requirement to register an account, and the verification of institutional customers — will be defined together with the launch of the shop.
4. Prices and payments
Prices, currencies, rules on gross/net amounts, the available payment methods and the way invoices are issued will be provided in the shop before sales begin.
5. Delivery and fulfilment (digital content)

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

This right does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if performance began with the Consumer's express prior consent and after they were informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal — in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. A model withdrawal form and the way consent is given at purchase will be made available in the shop.

10. Final provisions
The applicable law, the rules for amending the terms and the date of entry into force will be defined in the final version of the terms, published before sales begin.
